Job summary

Aon plc in Krakow is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to transform risk data into actionable insights for UK risk governance. You will report to Executive risk owners and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality reporting for the Board and its committees.

The role sits in a pan‑UK, second‑line function within Global Law and Compliance and offers a hybrid working model with regular interaction across analytics teams globally.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (minimum B2+/C1, written and spoken).
• Solid foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with statistical tools and data analysis languages (SQL, Python or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Ability to compile, structure and present large datasets clearly and accurately.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management; able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in an international environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage processes to gather risk data across UK entities.
• Use statistical tools to analyze risk data, identify trends, and produce insights for Exec reports and Board.
• Build relationships with risk owners to deliver timely risk reporting for governance committees.
• Support embedding and improving the enterprise risk management framework and tools.
• Identify horizon risks and assess potential impacts with Risk & Compliance colleagues.
• Own reporting for Emerging/Horizon Risks, Incidents and Risk Appetite for Exec bodies.
• Lead day-to-day operation of the UK Policy Governance Framework and related systems.
• Collaborate with analytics teams across Aon to share best practices and evolve analytics capability.
