Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Senior Risk Analyst for the UK Risk & Compliance team in Krakow. This hybrid role combines virtual and office work and sits in the Global Law and Compliance function to develop risk analytics and reporting.

You will gather risk data across UK entities, analyse trends with statistics, and deliver clear, timely reports to executives and the Board, shaping governance and policy improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (minimum B2+/C1), written and spoken.
• Solid foundation in statistics and hands‑on experience with statistical tools.
• Experience with data analysis languages such as SQL, Python or R.
• Understanding of data management and data privacy concepts.
• Ability to compile, structure, analyze and present large datasets clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing processes to gather relevant risk data across UK entities.
• Using statistical tools to analyse risk data and produce actionable insights for reports.
• Building relationships with risk owners to deliver governance reporting for UK boards.
• Supporting the enterprise risk management framework and its tools.
• Identifying horizon risks and coordinating with colleagues to assess impacts.
