Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Collection Specialist for the UK Team based in Krakow, reporting to the OTC Team Leader. You will handle collections, monitor accounts, prepare reports, and support Credit Analysts while building strong relationships across Business Units and customers.

You will work in Kraków's Shared Service Center, in a hybrid environment, contributing to key metrics like DSO and EBIT. Strong English and accounting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in Collection.
• Knowledge of Credit Management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting policies and principles, processes and environment.
• Very good level of English (C1) both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with handling confidential information.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; very good Excel skills; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection process for assigned entity, contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and delivering high level of service.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts; evaluate payment history and resolve unclear payments.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports; update process documentation.
• Support Credit Analysts activities as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Business Units, Sales, and customers.
• Contribute to Electrolux Group goals (Sales, DSO, EBIT, NOWC).
