Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Collection Specialist for the UK Team based in Kraków's Global Shared Service Center. You will manage overdue accounts, communicating with customers to recover payments and support group goals.

You will collaborate with Credit Analysts, Sales and BU stakeholders, prepare reports, and help refine processes in a dynamic, hybrid work environment to drive DSO improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in Collections.
• Knowledge of Credit Management is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of accounting policies and processes.
• Very good English (C1) verbal and written.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel.
• SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to review financial reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts to collect payments.
• Deliver high level customer service during collections.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Evaluate customer accounts and payment history.
• Assist in resolving unclear payments.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Support Credit Analyst activities when needed.
• Develop relationships with Business Units, Sales, and customers.
