Job summary
PepsiCo Poland is seeking a hands-on BI & Reporting Services Team Lead to guide the Turkey reporting team from Krakow Capability Center. You will manage delivery of dashboards, analytics and BI solutions, align with SLAs and drive transformation and automation while partnering with Turkey Commercial, Sales, and Revenue Management.
You will develop talent, coach team members, handle workload planning, and ensure governance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Turkish language fluency is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years leading and developing teams in BI/Analytics or FMCG.
- Advanced MS Excel and power user of BI/reporting tools.
- Experience driving reporting transformation, automation and standardization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Turkey BI & Reporting Services team in Krakow Capability Center.
- Ensure delivery of reporting, dashboards, analytics and BI solutions aligned with SLAs.
- Drive reporting transformation, automation, standardization and productivity initiatives.
- Coach team members in technical and professional capability development.
- Build strong relationships with Turkey Commercial, Sales and Revenue Management.
