Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Platform, Distributed Systems, or AI Engineering orgs for large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience in event-driven architectures (Kafka), API design, and high-throughput data processing.
• Hands-on modernization of monoliths to cloud-native microservices without disrupting business continuity.
• Ability to manage internal developer tools as products and balance debt with delivery.
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, agentic workflows, and vector storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end design and lifecycle management of platform microservices and shared UI libraries.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Cloud teams to align deliverables with cloud-native best practices.
• Establish incident management, observability, CD pipelines, and capacity planning across domains.
• Drive platform product management with feedback loops to boost developer adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Customer Success to align milestones with business objectives.
