Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading multi-squad engineering organizations in SaaS, Fintech, Payments, Treasury, or ERP space.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, banking integrations, or financial risk controls.
• Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, modern API architectures, event-driven designs, and legacy cloud migrations.
• Strong strategic planning skills, ability to manage trade-offs, and fluent English communication for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Modernization: Define and execute the multi-year engineering vision across Cash, Liquidity, and Payments.
• Squad & Operational Leadership: Structure cross-functional, autonomous squads with clear ownership, product focus, and success metrics.
• Data, AI-Driven Innovation & Change Management: Act as a catalyst for embedding AI into forecasting, anomaly detection, payment monitoring, and decision support.
• Talent & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent in Warsaw and remote locations.
