Revolut Ltd in Poland is seeking a Treasury Manager to help shape ALM and liquidity management as we scale. You’ll set up frameworks, run reporting, and partner with Finance, Risk and Product teams to inform hedging decisions and pricing across the group.The role requires 5+ years in technical treasury, hands-on Python/SQL, and a STEM background, with experience in a regulated European bank under ECB oversight. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical treasury, especially in ALM and liquidity management.
• Hands-on experience with Python/SQL.
• A STEM background.
• Experience in a regulated European bank, preferably one under ECB oversight.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with FRTB implementation (nice to have).

About the role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.

We're looking for a motivated Treasury Managerto inform hedging decisions for currency exchange (FX), run the funds transfer pricing (FTP) process, and enhance ALM frameworks.

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN20,200 - PLN22,500 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
