Revolut Kraków is offering an internship for Data Scientist and Analyst Interns who want to work on real projects during 8–10 paid weeks. You’ll join product teams to uncover insights, build dashboards and ETLs, and deliver impactful analyses.

The program welcomes international applicants and provides visa assistance, travel support, and accommodation where applicable. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills and is designed for students graduating in 2028.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, maths, physics, graduating 2028.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Interest/experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science or ML engineering.
• Solid maths and statistics foundations.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Hybrid role with 3 days in the office; full-time availability for Summer 2027.

About the role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We’re looking for Data Scientist and Analyst Interns who believe no data task is too complex. You’ll dig into databases, uncover root causes, design smart solutions, and write the code to bring them to life.

The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What you'll be doing

• Taking part in a hands-on bootcamp and working on real projects across multiple teams
• Helping to build analytical tools and machine learning models (such as dashboards and ETLs) to support product launches
• Improving visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnels
• Enhancing and maintaining data infrastructure (including ETLs and LookML) to keep data accessible and reliable
• Collaborating with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insights
• Supporting decision-making with ad-hoc analysis (e.g., interest rate sensitivity, incentive profitability, conversion rates)
• Learning from industry leaders and staying aligned with team priorities through weekly meetings
• Managing tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes
• Sharing updates with our global teams
• Receiving regular feedback to guide your development

What you'll need

• To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field (graduating in 2028)
• Impressive Python and SQL skills
• An interest or experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering
• A solid foundation in maths and statistics
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Great communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Full-time availability for summer 2027
• The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN7,600 - PLN7,600 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN7,600 - PLN7,600 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
