Job summary

Revolut in Krakow is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build the next generation of web experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate with product designers and backend teams, turning wireframes into polished, accessible interfaces.

Requirements include ReactJS, styled components, Webpack, testing practices, and strong communication in English. This role is based in Poland with a competitive monthly gross salary in PLN.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with ReactJS and its ecosystem, including component-based design.
• Experience with styling tools and modern bundlers (Styled components, Webpack).
• Knowledge of testing practices and code quality principles.
• Experience collaborating with design and backend teams on delivery.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, global team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Engage in UX design process from wireframes to implementation and release.
• Define and implement elegant solutions to challenging problems.
• Help design and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across the app.
• Prototype new user interactions and iterate based on peer feedback.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating closely with Product Designers, focusing on new feature design and prototyping
• Being involved in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release
• Defining and implementing elegant solutions to interesting problems
• Helping design and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout the app
• Prototyping new user interactions and iterations based on feedback from peers

What you'll need

• Proficiency with ReactJS and its ecosystem, styled components, and Webpack module bundler
• Knowledge of how software is developed, including code quality principles and testing techniques
• Experience collaborating on software projects with design and backend aspects
• Quick-learning skills with an ambitious and results-driven personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work well as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN28,300 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN28,300 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
