Job summary

Revolut is seeking Technology Services Specialist Graduates for its Graduate Programme in Poland. You will join engineering teams and tackle real-world projects over 12 months, with hands-on experience, structured training, and expert guidance to grow IT and enterprise technology skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree: 2:1 predicted or achieved; relevant STEM field preferred.
  • Degree fields: computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity or related STEM.
  • Graduation: expected 2025–2027 or recent graduates welcome.
  • Scripting: experience with Python, scripting or programming.
  • Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT systems and enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices.
  • Help deploy software, configure devices and improve onboarding experience.
  • Monitor device health, security and compliance; support improvements across global fleet.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with teams to resolve endpoints and systems challenges.
  • Develop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes.
  • Support security initiatives by maintaining device standards and best practices.
  • Work with engineers to build scalable technology solutions for Revolut employees worldwide.

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the tools that power our global teams, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for Technology Services Specialist Graduates to support IT systems, solve technical issues, improve internal tools, and help our Revoluters work efficiently across global offices.

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We'll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You'll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices
  • Helping to deploy software, configure devices, and improve the employee onboarding experience
  • Monitoring device health, security, and compliance, and supporting improvements across the global fleet
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges
  • Developing scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes
  • Supporting security initiatives by helping maintain device standards and best practices
  • Working with experienced engineers to build scalable solutions that improve the technology experience for employees around the world
What You’ll Need
  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree, or equivalent grade
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject
  • To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
  • A passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise technology
  • Experience scripting or programming through coursework, projects, or internships (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
  • Solid problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new technologies
  • A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Full-time availability from early or late 2027
  • The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
  • A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
