Job summary

HedgeServ in Kraków is seeking a proactive Treasury Associate to contribute to collateral management, margin calls, and dispute resolutions while overseeing Cash Management processes. You will engage with senior Hedge Fund personnel and participate in internal development initiatives as the industry evolves.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of financial products and new Treasury offerings, working with a team across Middle Office, Nav, IT, and Investor Service to ensure accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily wire transaction workflow for clients.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Effectively communicate with clients and assist with system/transaction queries.
• Collaborate with Middle Office, Nav, IT, and Investor Service teams.

As we continue through a period of explosive growth, HedgeServ is searching for future leaders who can make an immediate impact on our already successful team. We are seeking a professional individual who is decisive, energetic, and self-starting.

In addition to a focus on traditional Collateral Management responsibilities such as margin calls, dispute resolutions, and collateral settlements; the Treasury Associate will be expected to oversee the Cash Management processes and hold conversations with senior Hedge Fund personnel. They will also be actively engaging in our internal development initiatives and our adaption to the changing industry and regulatory demands.

The role will provide exposure to a huge range of financial products; how they work and how the market collateralizes different instruments, as well as newer Treasury offerings such as Security Financing, PB Margin Replication and Cash Optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily wire transaction workflow for clients
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform portfolio and collateral reconciliations
• Perform daily position reconciliations for clients and assist in the resolution of breaks
• Effectively communicate with clients, assisting with all systems and transaction related queries
• Work closely with the various Middle Office, Nav, IT, and Investor Service teams.

Our requirements:

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree – Completed bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to multi-task and succeed in a results-oriented, high pressure environment with an understanding of the need for 100% accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and solid team player with a client-service oriented approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skillss
