Job summary

Revvity, Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist to manage banking administration, KYC, and signatory management, liaising with finance operations. You will train internal partners on online banking and support cross-functional treasury issues across EMEA.

The role covers cash pooling, intercompany loans, cash repatriation, and assisting with cash forecasting. Experience in SAP/Oracle and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in finance or banking.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision (manager located in different country).

• Provide guidance and training to internal business partners with online banking systems and products


• Support cross-functional teams on Treasury issues (such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations)


• Support cash management requirements such as cash pooling, intercompany loans, and cash repatriation efforts (including dividends)


• Support EMEA cash forecasting processes


• Support implementation of a Treasury Management System

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or banking environment


• Advanced Excel skills


• Fluent English, both written and spoken


• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively


• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision (manager located in different country)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in corporate treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy


• Experience Treasury Management Systems (implementation and/or usage)


• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms


• Advanced degree or certification such as master’s degree, CTP, CPA, CFP


• Interest in process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
