Infosys Poland is seeking an RTR Accountant with English and Polish to perform period/year end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. The role involves intercompany transactions, audits support, and maintaining process documentation.

Candidates should have about 2 years in accounting, strong Excel and SAP skills, and readiness for hybrid work. The position offers training opportunities, competitive benefits, and stable employment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in accounting (Record to Report preferred).
• Polish language fluency at least B2.
• Experience with SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Higher education in accounting/finance or related courses is an asset.
• Strong understanding of accounting rules and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; willingness for ad-hoc overtime.
• Open to hybrid work mode.

Responsabilités

• Perform period/year end closing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Support internal and external periodical reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Manage Fixed Assets accounting and Bank accounting.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Handle intercompany transactions and audits support.
• Contribute to process improvements and MDG/reporting.

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

RTR Accountant with English and Polish

Responsibilities:

• Performing period/year end closing activities
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Internal and external periodical reporting
• Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Fixed Assets accounting
• Bank accounting
• Creation and update of process documentation
• Intercompany transactions
• Participation in audits

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in accounting area (preferably within Record to Report area)
• Fluent Polish (min. B2 level)
• Previous experience in Record to Report would be an asset
• Good understanding of accounting rules
• Excel knowledge (v-lookup, pivot tables, functions)
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
• Analytical skills
• Very good communication skills and attitude for problem solving
• Team player
• Readiness for ad-hoc work in over hours
• Openness for working in hybrid mode
