Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Client Technical Support Specialist in Poland to serve as a liaison between clients, product teams, and service delivery for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. You will research, problem-solve, and communicate across teams to drive successful outcomes for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a technical support, implementation, or client-facing tech role.
• At least 5 years in the business travel and/or airline industry.
• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS and travel-tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and go-live sign-off for new client implementations.
• Support customer onboarding via implementation calls and data imports.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting until steady state.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to develop functionalities and conduct testing.
• Support Service Delivery by researching and escalating issues promptly.
• Contribute technical insight to large cross-functional projects.
• Apply creative/root-cause thinking to resolve complex issues.
