Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking a Change Management Specialist in Warsaw to lead technical change initiatives and develop comprehensive communication plans. You will prepare end users for technology changes and create SharePoint content and documentation to support adoption.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, conducting presentations, and supporting transformation programs across Microsoft 365 environments. Warsaw-based position with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute Communication Plans.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and engagement skills.
• Documentation proficiency for project artifacts and user guides.
• Hands-on SharePoint knowledge for content creation and updates.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience with end-user technologies (Windows, M365, VDI, Networking, MFA).
