Job summary

Us3 Consulting in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Change & Communications Specialist to lead and support complex technical changes, ensuring impacted audiences are well prepared and informed throughout the change journey.

You will develop and deliver change and communications plans, translate technical concepts for non-technical users, and collaborate across cultures. 3+ years of experience and PROSCI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing technical change, transformation or communications initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences and cultures.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining content on SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale and complex technical changes from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and deliver effective change and communications plans tailored to different audiences.
• Translate technical concepts, processes and instructions into clear, accessible communications for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams across diverse cultural backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Create and maintain communications and content across Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Lead meetings, presentations and engagement sessions with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain accurate tracking, documentation and change-related materials throughout the change lifecycle.
• 3+ years' experience managing technical change, transformation or communications initiatives.
• Proven experience developing and executing change and communications plans for complex technical changes.
• Broad understanding of end-user technology, including PC/OS management, networking, authentication/MFA, PC deployment, Microsoft 365, VDI and remote working.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and assess their potential impact on end users.
• Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences and cultures.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience creating and maintaining content on SharePoint.
• Confident presenting and facilitating meetings with audiences of varying seniority and technical expertise.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong documentation and tracking skills.
