Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, seeks an experienced HR transition lead to drive end-to-end transitions across global sites. You will coordinate deliverables, manage governance and ensure quality documentation while engaging senior stakeholders to deliver on strategic HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5–6+ years in HR, strong planning skills, and expertise in SOPs, governance and shared services transitions, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR/Management or related studies.
• 5–6 years of experience in HR function.
• End-to-end understanding of HR processes.
• Experience with SOPs, process documentation and governance.
• Exposure to shared services / GBS transitions.
• Knowledge of transition methodology.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Risk and dependency management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with senior global stakeholders.
• Capability to challenge and drive closure of actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan transitions in detail with deliverables and milestones.
• Provide feedback to Transition Manager on service design.
• Coordinate transition of processes to HEINEKEN HBS Centre.
• Oversee KT team deliverables and track progress.
• Collaborate with Transition Managers and site management.
• Monitor transition progress and report risks.
• Ensure documentation and quality reviews.
• Deliver transition outputs and toll gates.
• Apply transition methodology across phases.
