Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline.
• 4-5 years in financial management and project management roles in an international environment with change management capabilities.
• Demonstrated multicultural experience through international work placements.
• Senior enough to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with people management.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders on tactical and strategic levels.
• Leading and guiding significant, complex, high-risk projects using innovative techniques or new products.
• Monitoring work-stream delivery against plans on weekly, and when needed daily, basis.
• Leading planning and management of resources for projects with cost efficiency and quality focus.
• Co-ordinating resource allocation with other projects to reduce conflicts and support planning.
• Leading multidisciplinary projects or programs impacting the HEINEKEN organization.
