Job summary

FERCHAU Poland is seeking an ERP Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive a large-scale ERP change across an international organization. You will coordinate stakeholders, support process harmonization, and lead delivery of strategic initiatives with regular visits to Vienna (Austria) and remote work options.

Requirements include 10+ years in program management, SAP S/4HANA experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Familiarity with business process transformation and enterprise application implementations.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation program.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, issues, and quality.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, decision-making, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, delivery partners, and vendors throughout the program lifecycle.
• Prepare and facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level reporting.
• Support alignment and decision-making across business and technical teams.
• Identify project risks and manage mitigation activities.
• Support change management and project communication initiatives.
• Ensure readiness for testing, deployment, transition and go-live activities.
• Oversee vendor performance and contractual commitments.
• Maintain project roadmaps, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication plans.

Join FERCHAU Poland and take the lead in a comprehensive ERP transformation program, driving business and technology change across an international organization. In this role, you will coordinate key stakeholders, support process harmonization and lead the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

Please note: Regular visits to the Vienna office in Austria (1-2 days per week) are required, while the remaining working time can be performed remotely.

The right qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project and/or program management
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Familiarity with business process transformation and enterprise application implementations
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or similar certifications are a plus
• Fluent English- both written and spoken
