Job summary

PSI Software SE Central Functions in Poznań/Berlin seeks a seasoned PMO/Project Management professional to lead internal transformations. You will manage end-to-end programs, ensuring formal charters, milestone tracking, and benefits realization across multiple units.

The role requires 5+ years’ PMO experience, strong PMBOK/PRINCE2 knowledge, and ISO/Governance exposure, with English fluency and Polish as a plus. This full-time position offers mobile/hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO or transformation environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK or equivalent PM standards (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA).
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience with governance frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Fluent in English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic internal transformation projects end-to-end.
• Act as PMO lead for assigned internal efficiency projects — ensuring approved Project Charters, milestone tracking, and benefits realisation.
• Conduct project reviews, Quality Gate assessments, and risk-based project audits.
• Maintain and evolve the PSI Project Management Framework (aligned with PMBOK® Guide, latest Edition).
• Ensure compliance with the PSI Integrated Management System (IMS), including applicable ISO standards.
• Enforce the two-tiered governance model (Core Framework + BU Implementation Layer).
• Deliver PM training, coaching, and lessons‑learned sessions across business units.
