PwC Polska is seeking a Project Manager for Reporting & Business as part of the CEE Managed Services Transformation. You will build regional data foundations, create dashboards and forecasts, and partner with senior leaders to drive decisions.

You will work in a hybrid model, connecting markets and delivery teams, and leverage AI-based tools to accelerate analysis while ensuring data governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into meaningful management information, alongside pipeline management, FP&A, BI or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect data with business context.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, forecasts and leadership reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI or data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the regional data foundation for Managed Services pipeline, revenue, capacity and capabilities.
• Create dashboards, forecasts and leadership management information for timely decision-making.
• Improve visibility of Network demand and CEE delivery capacity across territories and teams.
• Define and maintain data structures, reporting standards and governance routines.
• Analyse trends, gaps and opportunities and translate into business recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate data and reporting needs.
• Automate recurring reporting activities and improve data quality.
• Prepare concise materials for senior leadership and strategic discussions.
