As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), this role is responsible for driving process transformation and business optimization initiatives from assessment through implementation and adoption. The position combines change management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and project governance activities to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation and change management workstreams for medium to large initiatives, from assessment through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Design and deliver transformation roadmaps, change strategies, communication plans, adoption plans, and readiness frameworks aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, organizational impact analyses, readiness assessments, and feedback reviews to identify risks, dependencies, resistance points, and engagement needs.
- Design future-state processes, operating model improvements, and business optimization recommendations in collaboration with process owners and business stakeholders.
- Develop clear, business-focused communication materials, leadership updates, presentations, talking points, training support content, and stakeholder engagement materials for transformation initiatives.
- Lead communication, engagement, and training workstreams, coordinating messages, channels, audiences, timing, and follow-up activities to support adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, governance meetings, and decision sessions with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Establish project governance, KPI frameworks, adoption measures, readiness indicators, and benefits tracking to monitor transformation progress and business outcomes.
- Manage change risks, dependencies, resistance, mitigation plans, and adoption barriers as part of transformation governance.
- Partner with Process Owners, Project Managers, OCM, HR, Finance, IT, Data & Automation, and business stakeholders to align transformation solutions with operational needs.
- Prepare executive-ready recommendations, status updates, risks, mitigation plans, and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior transformation or change professionals and drive continuous improvement of transformation, communication, and change management practices, including templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
Here's what you'll need
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, HR, Project Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, transformation, change management, communications, PMO, consulting, HR, or business improvement environments.
- Fluent English skills.
- Proven project leadership experience in medium to large transformation initiatives, including coordination of stakeholders, risks, governance, deliverables, adoption activities, and benefits realization.
- Strong experience developing change strategies, transformation roadmaps, communication plans, adoption frameworks, readiness plans, stakeholder engagement materials, leadership updates, presentations, training support materials, and adoption messaging.
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, organizational impact assessments, readiness assessments, feedback analysis, and resistance management activities.
- Understanding operating model design, process optimization, business transformation, continuous improvement, and change management approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate alignment, manage expectations, and support decision-making.
- Strong analytical and business communication skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear, structured, and audience-appropriate messages.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in international, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
- Prosci, Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certification may be beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools; Power BI, SharePoint or similar tools may be an advantage.
