Job summary

Solid Company in Warszawa is seeking an experienced ICT trainer to analyze training needs, design programs, and deliver engaging sessions for end users and management. You will bridge developers and users, develop materials, and help roll out new ICT applications to ensure effective training across the organization.

Requirements include 8+ years in IT, 3+ years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, English C1, and a training certification such as CTT+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• English level: C1 or willing to certify.
• At least one training certification (e.g., CompTIA CTT+).
• Proven experience as an ICT trainer.
• Experience planning scope, designing & evaluating training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach in classroom and remote settings.
• SharePoint knowledge and use of office tools.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Collect, register in a single repository, safeguard and enable reuse of existing ICT training materials and related process docs.
• Gather lessons learned from past and current trainings.
• Set objectives, propose learning methods, programmes, sourcing and effectiveness metrics for ICT applications.
• Deliver trainings: classes, workshops and lab sessions for end users.
• Provide trainings and mentoring for mid and top management on ICT applications.
• Bridge developers and users by contributing to requirements and change management from training feedback.
• Participate in rollout of new ICT applications and plan/deliver associated trainings.
• Analyse business processes and learn new applications to prepare accurate trainings.
• Design training programmes, materials, hands‑on exercises and evaluation methods.
• Produce training assets: manuals, CBT, e‑learning, video tutorials and scenarios.
• Promote training offerings among staff.
• Manage schedules, book facilities and prepare technical training environments (training instances).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience

• Bachelor's degree
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Possession of at least one training certification, such as CompTIA CTT+ or an internationally recognized equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority
• Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools
• Experience in planning training scope, designing and developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to conduct workshops and instructor‑led trainings in classroom and remote environments
• Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods and techniques
• Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing and training tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform‑specific tools
