Job summary

Versim Sa in Poznań is seeking a passionate Technical Training Trainer to lead IT training sessions for partner companies' technical staff. The ideal candidate will implement training programs, prepare teaching materials, and improve training techniques continuously.

• 3 years of experience in working with computer networks.

Job description

For our training team, we are looking for a Technical Training Trainer, a person who can lead technical presentations and present knowledge in English with passion and charisma.

What will you do:

• Implementation of IT trainings for the technical staff of partner companies and clients
• Developing programs and outlines of technical training for specialists, network engineers
• Preparing facilities and teaching aids required during training
• Constant development of the training workshop based on the latest training methods and tools
• Continuous improvement of competences regarding technologies, products and tools necessary for the implementation of training

What are we looking for:

• Higher technical education, preferred field: computer networks, telecommunications
• Very good knowledge of English C1/C2, including specialist terminology
• Knowledge of additional languages: enabling training will be an undoubted advantage
• 3 years of experience in working with computer networks
• Very good knowledge of modern teaching tools and the ability to use tools for remote work
• Communicativeness, openness and ability to cooperate, positive and self-confident personality
• Completion of a CCNA course or equivalent will be an added advantage
