DSV Air & Sea SAU is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to support daily trailer fleet operations across Europe. You will coordinate trailer availability, utilization, and align with internal customer needs in a practical, operational role.
DSV Global Equipment Services manages trailer rental and daily trailer operations for DSV teams across Europe. The team focuses on keeping trailers available and well-utilized while meeting operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet control, forwarding, or haulage.
- Good understanding of transport operations and customer needs.
- Structured and systematic approach to daily tasks.
- Attention to detail and focus on results.
- Clear, direct, and respectful communication style.
- Good command of English for daily cooperation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure trailer fleet availability and smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate trailer flow: registration, rental services, and redelivery.
- Match available trailers with internal customer needs.
- Register MOTs and maintenance requests in the Fleet Management System.
- Keep service contacts and operational data up to date.
- Work closely with DSV workshops and technical teams.
