Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald is expanding its technology hub in Warsaw, seeking a Technical Account Manager to support integration and use of electronic trading platforms and APIs. Qualifications

• Experience in a client‑facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, FIX Onboarding).
• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol and/or API‑based integrations.
• Experience working in financial services or fintech, ideally within capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with API integrations (including FIX) for market data, order entry, and STP.
• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding and implementation projects across regions.
• Partner with Sales during pre‑ and post‑sales engagements to support design and delivery.
• Act as a primary technical contact for clients, building strong working relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, serving as escalation point.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to improve products based on client feedback.
• Coordinate testing, certification, and rollout of new features.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product usage.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to track issues and deliverables.
• Contribute to automating workflows using AI and modern tools.
