Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Time and Attendance Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of time and attendance processes. You will analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate workforce management solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and customer service in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management or HR operations.
• Experience with time and attendance systems; Infor WFM experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support time and attendance processes per procedures and guidelines.
• Research and resolve attendance discrepancies through data analysis.
• Serve as primary contact for attendance inquiries and issue resolution.
• Gather and document business requirements for time and attendance systems.
• Assist in implementing, enhancing and maintaining attendance solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and participate in system testing.
• Support all phases of the system lifecycle and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and system data per standards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and user experience improvements.
• Promote teamwork across internal and external partners.
