Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in workforce management, time and attendance, payroll or HR operations.
• Experience with time and attendance systems; Infor WFM preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support operational time and attendance processes per procedures.
• Research and resolve discrepancies via data analysis and root cause checks.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day time and attendance inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements for WFM.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining time and attendance solutions.
• Support system testing activities and user acceptance testing.
