Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Time and Attendance Process SME to drive governance, design and standardization of T&A processes across the global footprint. You will partner with Payroll, HR, IT and country teams to translate system capabilities into operational improvements.

The role emphasizes process design, documentation, training development and stakeholder communication, with a hybrid work model and global travel where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with T&A processes and/or transformation.
• Experience with executing system implementations and process design projects.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information.
• Must be a team player but also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the design of T&A governance and process strategy to standardize, streamline and automate processes.
• Understand, analyze and document current T&A processes and evaluate them.
• Collaborate with system vendors and country teams to document global processes and localized versions.
• Understand the T&A system’s functionality to recommend process enhancements.
• Prepare SOPs and training materials and deliver training sessions.
