Job summary

PwC Polska seeks a freelance Test Manager to define and implement QA strategies across complex technology projects. You will design, monitor, and improve development and testing lifecycles, and oversee release activities with stakeholders.

Required are 10+ years in Delivery Management/QA, knowledge of PMI PMBOK and Agile PM, and proven experience leading international teams. Fluent English and strong client-focus complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management, QA, or Technology Project Management
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall
• Knowledge of project management standards such as PMI PMBOK and Agile PM
• Proven experience delivering projects in international environments
• Experience managing stakeholders, timelines, risks, and quality across complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• A client-oriented and results-driven mindset

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the PwC brand.
