Job summary

PwC is seeking a Test Manager (freelance) to define and implement QA strategies across complex technology programs, design and monitor testing lifecycles, and establish quality gates and KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will lead international and remote teams, manage releases with readiness validation and sign-off, conduct audits, and maintain client relationships while supporting business development and PwC brand growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Delivery Management, QA, or Technology Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management standards such as PMI PMBOK® and Agile PM.
• Proven experience delivering projects in international environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, timelines, risks, and quality across complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
