Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Test Manager (freelance) to lead quality assurance across complex technology projects. You will define QA strategies, monitor lifecycles, and ensure governance with KPIs and risk mitigation, coordinating across international and remote teams.

You should have 10+ years in Delivery Management or Software QA, strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall, and experience with PMI PMBOK/ Agile PM. Fluent English required and client-focused mindset.

Your future role:

• Define and implement QA strategies across complex technology projects,

Apply if you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in Delivery Management, Quality Assurance, or Technology Project Management,
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies,
• Knowledge of project management standards such as PMI PMBOK® and Agile PM,
• Proven experience delivering projects in international environments,
• Experience managing stakeholders, timelines, risks, and quality across complex projects,
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills,
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments,
• Excellent organisational and time management skills,
• Fluent English, both written and spoken,
• A client-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-platform testing programmes from strategy through execution,
• Experience in enterprise QA governance and quality transformations,
• Consulting experience within complex, client-facing environments,
• Knowledge of release management and software quality assurance best practices.
