Job summary

Software Mind Poland is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our teams delivering high-volume SaaS platforms. The role focuses on automating tests, integrating QA automation into CI/CD, and collaborating in Agile environments to ensure quality and scalability across projects.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with performance and security testing, and a passion for building robust automation frameworks within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience in high volume SaaS platforms.
• Minimum 5 years working as a fulltime Test Automation Engineer for a customer facing high volume SaaS platform.
• Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
• Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration.

Responsibilities

• UI Framework Implementation to automate solutions that will drive the next generation of compliance management systems.
• Functional Verification and Regression Test Automation
• Own solutions and outcomes by automating complex cases and integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite.
• Provide detailed reports and insights from automated testing to enhance product quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
