Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join the Automation Squad and drive the test automation strategy across the Tribe. You will own and create test automation frameworks, collaborate with delivery and testing teams, and promote automation pilots across the group.

In this role you will mentor engineers, align automation plans with the roadmap, manage related investments and metrics, and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding/scripting with multiple frameworks and tools used in test automation.
• Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with multi-location/offshore delivery teams and environments.
• Finance sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and create test automation frameworks and artefacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and educate on automation benefits.
• Support Tribe delivery with test automation, investments, capacity, and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvements and align automation strategy with group initiatives.
