Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join the Automation Squad and work across the Tribe. You will own and create test automation frameworks, collaborate with delivery and testing teams, and promote adoption of automation across the group.

You will also develop automation strategy and upskill engineers in frameworks while collaborating with offshore partners and multiple technologies in a finance environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding/scripting across multiple languages and tools.
• Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with Automation Tooling strategies.
• Mastering testing phases and types.
• Multi-location / offshore experience.
• Preferably Finance sector.
• Analytical, problem solving, proactive.
• Education: Software engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning and creating Test Automation Frameworks and artefacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to educate on automation benefits and identify opportunities.
• Support Tribe with Test Automation to aid Roadmap delivery, investments, capacity, and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvements and innovation in automation.
• Align automation strategy with wider group initiatives.
