Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Senior Test Practitioner to shape testing strategy and governance across IT divisions, programmes and delivery teams. You will coach teams, promote risk-based, value-driven testing, and advance quality engineering in Agile and DevOps contexts while guiding AI-enabled testing initiatives.

You will lead enterprise testing standards, KPIs, and testing maturity actions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations and Risk stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and quality assurance in complex organisations.
• Minimum 10 years in testing, with 3+ years in senior/CoE roles.
• Deep understanding of risk-based testing, test planning, defect management, and audit evidence.
• Familiarity with testing operating models and CoE structures.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality across testing practices across delivery contexts.
• Refine test strategies at programme, product, and EPIC level; ensure risk-based, proportionate and auditable.
• Define and maintain enterprise testing standards, KPIs, and governance principles.
• Contribute to the evolution of the testing operating model and accountability paths.
• Promote modern quality engineering practices across teams; support cloud/OpenShift environments.
