Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell medical instruments across Poland’s regions (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie).

The role covers Poznań, Gdańsk, Piła and Bydgoszcz and is field-based with extensive travel. The candidate should have 2–3 years in healthcare sales, be proficient in English (B2), hold a valid driver’s license, and be highly mobile.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales.
• Minimum B2 English.
• Mobility within assigned area and valid driver’s license.
• Proven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical instruments in the assigned territory (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie).
• Develop and implement sales activities to meet budgets and profitability.
• Participate in public tenders and train medical personnel.
• Represent the company at conferences and meetings and organize events.
• Establish new contacts and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor market trends.

Job Description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do:

• Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie)


• Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability


• Participating in public tenders


• Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction


• Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them


• Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with existing customers


• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, related to the company's operations, and the market


• Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio

What you need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in sales within healthcare industry


• Min. B2 English (international trainings)


• No contraindications to being in the operating room


• Higher education


• Proven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniques


• Mobility within the assigned area


• Valid driver's license

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: zł142.600 - zł237.700 PLN Annual
