Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a branch teller professional to support client transactions and ensure accurate frontline banking activity. You will help coach branch teams, implement improvements, and monitor controls to reduce risk and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires handling cash, maintaining records, and assisting customers with service delivery and referrals to product specialists. Physical readiness is needed for extended standing and lifting up to 30lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in a branch delivery or teller-like role.
• May require vocational or technical training.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support client transactions and ensure accurate, timely frontline banking activities.
• Coach and support branch teams to meet performance expectations.
• Implement process improvements that strengthen service delivery.
• Monitor operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
• Conduct credit and debit transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain cash supply, prepare daily proof records, and handle night deposits/ATM activity.
• Deliver excellent service and refer customers to staff for product sales or issue resolution.
