Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Associate to deliver high quality financial services and to expand wallet share by understanding member needs and presenting suitable solutions.

Responsibilities include cash handling, account maintenance, opening new accounts, operating an ITM, supporting the MCC, and maintaining strict confidentiality while meeting referral and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of retail sales or cash handling experience in a financial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality member service per service expectations.
• Handle cash transactions and account maintenance accurately.
• Open new accounts and operate an ITM.
• Support the MCC and member referrals to meet goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Assist with outbound calls and prospect outreach.
