Opinia24, a Polish market research provider based in Radom, seeks a Leader (Supervisor) of Telephone Research to oversee interviewers and coordinate projects.

You will train staff, monitor surveys, ensure quality and compliance with GDPR, and support development and promotion within a dynamic, youthful team.

The role offers comprehensive onboarding and opportunities to advance in market research.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the work of telephone interviewers.
• Training of interviewers for new projects.
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and implementation of new surveys.
• Registering and supervision of projects commissioned by Opinia24 Coordinators.
• Ensuring the highest quality standard of surveys conducted in accordance with industry code and GDPR regulations.
