Opinia24, a Polish market research provider based in Radom, seeks a Leader (Supervisor) of Telephone Research to oversee interviewers and coordinate projects.

You will train staff, monitor surveys, ensure quality and compliance with GDPR, and support development and promotion within a dynamic, youthful team.

The role offers comprehensive onboarding and opportunities to advance in market research.

Due to the dynamic development of our company, we are currently looking for employees to fill the position: Leader (Supervisor) of Telephone Research

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of the work of telephone interviewers (watching and listening to interviews)
• Training of interviewers for new projects
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and implementation of new surveys
• Registering and supervision of projects commissioned by Opinia24 Coordinators
• Ensuring the highest quality standard of surveys conducted in accordance with industry code and RODO regulations
