RETN is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement activities in a fast-growing telecom environment. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee contracts, orders and billing processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market knowledge of Baltic and Nordic telecom sectors, and contributing to ongoing process improvements. On-site in Warsaw with a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the existing supplier portfolio.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate terms, and evaluate proposals.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle including renewals and terminations.
• Maintain and update billing records in the system.
• Prepare and analyse procurement performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
