Job summary

Nordea seeks a Technology Application & Vendor Manager to join the Equities Technology team. You will coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and financial governance across SaaS and on‑prem platforms supporting trading and regulatory reporting.

In this role you will collaborate with procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure budgets, invoices, and future obligations are transparent, compliant and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor management and financial governance.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost reporting.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting governance, compliance, audit, or risk activities.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services or capital markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors.
• Coordinate vendor agreements, renewals, and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders.
• Track technology spend, invoices, and forecasted costs.
• Reviewing and approving invoices while ensuring alignment with budgets and contracts.
• Establish transparency around costs, commitments, and future financial obligations.
• Maintain oversight of the application portfolio and governance processes.
• Monitor regulatory, audit, and control activities with development leaders.
