Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to join our Technology Consulting team. You will help drive large-scale transformation programs in IT and business processes for leading financial institutions.

You will design governance structures, manage stakeholders, shape IT operating models and architectures using TOGAF, while leveraging EYQ and AI-powered tools to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and/or PMO
• Experience in Global Business Services is a plus
• Expertise in IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL)
• Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification
• Minimum ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / Service Strategy

• Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar governance structure
• Manage transformation programmes and projects to meet time, cost and quality within governance frameworks

The Technology Consulting team collaborates with some of the world’s best-known domestic and global financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management, and insurance companies. You will be part of a team that is focused on advising and supporting our clients in driving transformational changes within the Information and Operational Technology space.

We welcome experienced professionals willing to develop program management and technology strategy, passionate about driving digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects and/or initiatives


• Be a member / manage transformation programmes and projects and deliver them according to agreed time, cost and quality within appropriate governance frameworks


• Design and deliver IT Operating Model as a result of transformation initiatives


• Design IT Architecture based on recognized frameworks (i.e. TOGAF)


• Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming


• Manage business (Client) stakeholders

Your background:

• Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and\/or working in a Project Management Office (PMO) and implementation of project governance


• Experience working in Global Business Services is in plus


• Expertise in IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL framework)

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification


• Minimum ITIL v4 Foundation certification


• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / Service Strategy
