Job description

Responsibilities

• Leading or supporting business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes.
• Facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Documenting business processes.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Defining integration interfaces and contributing to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations.
• Planning and executing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation.
• Participating in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning.
• Supporting regulatory and compliance-related activities as part of system implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology.
• Analytical and documentation skills, including UML, BPMN, and writing functional/technical specs.
• Understanding of integration architecture (APIs, messaging, file-based).
• Fluency in English.
• Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from Warsaw office.
• Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge to understand technical concepts (e.g. Java Script, Python).
• AI knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes in at least one of the following areas: sales path, claims handling, or billing.
