EY Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber Solution Architect in Gdańsk to join the OT/IoT Security Hub. The role drives OT operations management and OT Service Management using ServiceNow, with emphasis on CMDB, SecOps, and risk management across manufacturing environments.

You will lead workshops, design OT CMDB structures, mentor teams, and deliver end-to-end configurations and integrations while collaborating with multinational teams and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops for OT operations management and OT service management.
• Help clients establish an OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog.
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to the implementation team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services, ensuring QA support for development and implementation teams.
• Plan and coordinate testing, testing acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to new ServiceNow-based solutions for OT.

Join our OT/IoT* Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.
The role will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. He/She will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the area of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management
• You will help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area.
• You will provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team
• You will maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints
• You will deliver configuration and integration services as well as ensure quality assurance support to the Development and Implementation team
• You will plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles
• You will build and present business cases for senior stakeholders
• You will contribute to the development of new solutions build on top of ServiceNow platform
