Job summary

ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków seeks an experienced professional to develop and customize workforce management software in close collaboration with international business units. You will integrate the WFM system with HR processes and provide ongoing 2nd-level support and user-driven enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workforce management or HR/IT, strong configuration skills, and a proactive approach to digital HR transformation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, HR, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience in workforce management or equivalent HR/IT discipline.
• Experience with workforce management solutions including configuration and customization.
• Interest in digital HR transformation and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize workforce management software in collaboration with international units.
• Integrate with upstream and downstream HR systems and support implementation.
• Operate site and provide 2nd-level support for workforce planning and time tracking tools.
• Collaborate with key users to gather requirements for new features and improvements.
• Coordinate workshops for requirements gathering with business units and service providers.

Your tasks

• Further development and customization of the workforce management software in close collaboration with international business units
• Integration with upstream and downstream (HR) systems and implementation
• Site operation and 2nd-level support for the workforce planning and time tracking solution
• Collaboration with internal key users regarding new requirements
• Conducting and coordinating workshops for requirements gathering with business units and service providers

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business (economics or business informatics), human resources management, information technology, or a comparable qualification
• 5+ years of practical experience in workforce management (workforce planning, time management) or a comparable HR/IT field
• Experience working with workforce management solutions, including system configuration and customization
• A solution-oriented, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation in HR
• In-depth technical understanding and knowledge of system integration, customization, and configuration
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with workforce management solutions
