ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków is seeking an IT professional to administer and enhance archiving solutions and integrations, including SAP ArchiveLink, DocuLink, and CMIS-based interfaces. You will manage the underlying infrastructure, Windows Server environments, Azure cloud services, and Apache Tomcat servers, and support operation, monitoring, and incident management of archiving platforms.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in archiving, document management, or enterprise application support.
• Knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, DocuLink, or similar archiving solutions.
• Experience with CMIS integrations and document repositories.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Apache Tomcat.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, and file transfer technologies.
• Good SQL and PowerShell skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Your tasks

• You administer and enhance archiving solutions and integrations, including SAP ArchiveLink, DocuLink, and CMIS-based interfaces.
• You manage and maintain the underlying infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Azure cloud services, and Apache Tomcat servers.
• You support the operation, monitoring, and incident management of archiving platforms and related services.
• You ensure secure and reliable file transfer processes and support the integration of document repositories across different systems.
• You manage user accounts, access rights, and authorization concepts within archiving environments.
• You collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure stable network connectivity and firewall configurations required for archiving solutions.
• You create and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and system analysis.
• You develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks.
• You analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and performance.
• You contribute to international projects related to archiving, cloud transformation, and infrastructure modernization.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in archiving, document management, or enterprise application support.
• Knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, DocuLink, or similar archiving solutions.
• Experience with CMIS integrations and document repositories.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Apache Tomcat.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, and file transfer technologies.
• Good SQL and PowerShell skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have
