Job summary

ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków is seeking a skilled SAP EWM specialist to design, implement, and optimize warehouse management solutions for a multinational retail organization. You will analyze logistics requirements, configure SAP EWM and integrate with Pick-by-Voice, supporting international rollouts and key-user training.

The role demands 5+ years in SAP environments, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, support and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize SAP EWM solutions and international business processes supporting warehouse and outbound operations.
• Analyze logistics requirements and warehouse processes, identifying and implementing sustainable optimization opportunities.
• Configure, customize, and continuously enhance SAP EWM, including integration with Pick-by-Voice solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, system functionalities, and process improvements within Warehouse Management.
• Provide 3rd level support, investigate system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Collaborate with national and international teams across Warehouse Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and IT, supporting rollouts, new functionality implementations, and key-user training.
